2. Booking, Slot Reservation & Payments
Consultations are booked by selecting an available calendar slot with full fee settlement through our secure digital payment channels. Once confirmed, your appointment is exclusively reserved on the astrologer's schedule.
3. Punctuality & Rescheduling Policy
Clients are requested to be available punctually at the appointed consultation time. If rescheduling is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, please request an alternate slot at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time via your account dashboard or support email.
